**ONLINE APPLICANTS**
Step 1. You will need to create a new account.
Step 2. You will receive an email with a link to finish creating your account.
Step 3. You will receive an additional email once your account has been approved.

• You will need to select the program in which you are applying for: INSIDE or TELECOMMUNICATIONS

Step 4. Follow instructions to start the application and to pay a $20.00 application fee.

Step 5. You will need to have your high school or college transcripts and your VALID Driver's license in a separate digital file available to upload during the application process. Acceptable formats can be PDF or a clear quality .JPG

Step 6. You will need to complete all parts of the application process (not all at one time) and you will be made aware when you have completed it.
